NeoBiota is one of Germany’s most unconventional casual fine dining restaurants—serving the city’s best breakfast by day and a modern Michelin-starred dinner by night, all in a relaxed atmosphere.

Through my photography, I captured the essence of this unique space—where great food meets a no-fuss attitude. Sustainability and creativity take center stage, pushing boundaries beyond trends.

As part of this project, I documented NeoPhilia—a collaboration with restaurants like the Tohru in der Schreiberei, Munich—where both restaurants reimagine fine dining on their own terms.

NeoBiota embraces food without the constraints of brunch clichés or Michelin-star formalities. Whether vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore—everyone is welcome to enjoy something exceptional.
